CONTROL
Control measures is taken care in two difren parts of the service. The first part will be a control measure done be the secretary whom is to be calling with certain regularity the person presenting the service. This is done to prevent any unwanted things happening.
In case there is an accident or anything grave happening, it is the company's responsability to let the client know what is going on. Once the client has been told about the happening, it is the managers job to find a solution that is keeping the companies intrests and solving what ever is happening. At this piont we need to keep our client satisfied even agains advesity, since this is what shows what the company is made off.
The second part of the conrol is done once the service is over and we get feedback from our client. since everyone has a diferent way of doing things, we are intrested in what our client liked about our service and what not. This ffedback will help the company choose the ways of training we supply the personel. if we can find whatpeople are looking for when they use our service, our manager can take desitions with much more ease than he woul with limited info. Any feedback that can affect positively our operations, can be subject of being implemented in our strategic plan.
