It is really important to practice a research and development within a company  because it provides a better idea of how everything works so the managers can make decisions  to help the company grow by improving the quality of service a company can provide.

Providing education to our employes can make expiriences better , at the begining all our employes need to take an exam, it is in this way we can notice if any of our personal needs more education or if are ready to interact with people.

 

Companys need to know if their people are physically and emotionally ready to be treated. They are going to have a physical check with a doctor and a mental health evaluation with a psychologist.

 

Providing flexibles schedules where they would be fairly payed: 100.000 colombian pesos per 12 hours and 50.000 colombian pesos as is common practice in the industry.

 

Finally managers should privately meet with their employees to see if they have any complaints or problems with customers.
