  • Each week the company will set small objectives, such as attracting more customers or extra satisfying customer’s needs, if they are fulfilled the worker will acquire bonification. This will make that the workers will improve the performance.

 

  • At the end of each month the performance of each Babysitter or housekeeper will be evaluated, after that the one which has the best  performance will be named employee of the month, and not only that tittle will be given but also when the customers reach us for our service, we will advise to contract this person.

 

  • For our assistant not only the small objectives will be given, but also by accomplishing its objectives will provide an early departure on two Fridays of the month, that way she can plan her own activities.

 

  • At the end of each month an audience will be made for listening to further ideas, given by the employees and naming the new employee of the month.

 

  • Finally the persons in the organization, taking into account the size of it, will be mentored by the own general manager, in this way tey will feel more recognition.
