Job description and Specialization

General Manager:

 

 

  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives

 

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

 

  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

 

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.     

 

 

 

 

Asistant
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.

 

  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required.

 

  • Have knowledge of the enquiries that the customers may have about the organization.

     

     

Baby Sitting
 
  • Taking care of maximum 2 children per order.

  • Cook for the child only if necessary.

  • Cleaning after the child, you may not order the the child into doing things, it is your job to keep everything tidy.

  • You may not help with their homework.

  • You must be watchful of the child at all times, if you are cooking, make sure the child is either close by, sleeping or occupied in something that will give you the time to prepare the meal. You must take your own lunch to every service.

House Keeper

The employee must present a house keeping service in a minimum time of 4 hours.
