Is the process in which firms hire and maintain the employees, personnel research to look for the one that most possess the best skills of labor market. This process is important for every company; it is the management of one of the most important assets, the human labor. Because of this, firms must guarantee that they hire the correct employees and giving to our employees a practical training in order to give a high quality service to find our internal and external customer satisfactions.

 

 

The process of staffing is important for every company, but for small companies and companies that are starting it is very important to develop a plan to avoid high costs and time wasting. First we would hire a person in charge of managing the company, the general manager. He would be in charge of all the accountability, expenses and revenues that the company has and he would have to present a monthly result sheet in which we, as the owners, can see the situation and how our company has evolved. Second we will hire an assistant that is in charge of contacting the free lance employees and the customers these two the manager and the assistant are our complete job employees in order to maintain the company. Finally we will do a free lance with the house cleaners and the babysitter in order to reduce cost and time in order to use their service when our customers require it.

 

 

For the hiring of our employees we must seek to reduce costs but have a margin of utility and quality that responds to our mission and vision of the company. For the assistant, we would not require a person with a high level of specialization, we would only need a person who is able to manage a data base and know about the company's webpage functioning so he can be able to respond any kind of doubt of the customer. And for the manager we would do the same thing, recruit a person who is finishing or just finished their studies on business administration and that he is able to manage the company. For example student who finished in the SENA that are people who are very well study and have been prepare for the major that we needed in this case a manager.

 

We could get in contact with our potential employees using the most use channels as for example posting a classified on the newspaper, or recruit them via social media or even paying to a company to do.

 

The process of staffing in our company is to increase the possibilities of finding the best worker choices, we do a very special personnel research in order to find our customers enquiry, and depending on this look for the abilities and expectation of our employees to offer our customers the best worker profile according to their indent we think that this is the best way to find our most appropriate employee to give the best service.
