How it affect customers?

 

The priced is going to be charge to customers, they are the ones who are asking for the service, we must have clear how many money they are going to be able to spend and how much do we expect to that the must pay if its acording to the main service.

 

Most of the customers have a person who cleans in their houses; we will implement a new way of cleaning, by time and price.

 

Students that live alone in a new town they actually do not know to do much stuff like cooking, washing clothes and cleaning they are going to be able to ask for our service in their places. 
Also single persons that live alone and work all day long and other customers that need the service we are going to be able to lend it.

 

Also in the daycare is going to be implementing the service by amount of children’s we will be taking care, if there’s only 1 by time if there is more than one kid the price will increase, also we will standard by age.

 

Babysitting is going to be standard 60-70 by 4 hours

Housekeeping Is going to be 50-60 the service of 4 hours.

 

How it affects govement?

 

By price fixing, price discrimination, minimum prices, unit pricing, price advertising and price control, how it will be control by the government and how it increase annually

 

Government is the one that control the price, how it can increase and decrease, taxes and all that stuff , also if we are in and industry the government is going to be benefit by our business

 

How it affect the suppliers?

 

If in our business we have more services programmed they we will be working more, receiving more money and also giving to know the service to new persons , increasing even more and more.

 

How it affect distributors?

 

If we are on an industry   we most figure out the way to stand out on it by punctuality , quality and price coherence , the main distributors are the personas who work in the house keeping and babysitting they are the ones who represent the company and how well we get into the industry depends on them.

 

Distribution includes warehousing, distribution channels, retail site location , sales territories, inventory levels and retailing.

 

How it affect competitors?

 

Implementing a new service in the industry some people we will prefer the service by quality, punctuality, price, our persons who is working and how well they are qualifying.

Competitors are going to be affected in the moment customers prefer our service over their service  and the reasons they must have to do it, is better for us
