Objectives:
* General Manager: To control, manage, direct and generate strategies for the company. Its objective is to provide a continuous growth to the business.
* Freelance Babysitter – House made: Their objective is to provide the best service of baby sitting or house madding, they are a great part of the image of the enterprise so their also have to give a great image of the enterprise.
* Assistant: Its objective, is to provide the best customers service if there is an issue or a complain they will be in charge of this calls, also they can make reservations for the provision of our services.
* Cleaning lady: Its main objective is to keep the headquarters installation clean, and if its possible be focused if anything else is needed.
Weekly : at the end of the week the CEO is going to figure out the way to give a summary and the services of the week , how they well are going to be in the future seeing the wrong thing they already do .
How well they employees are working and if they need to do some changes they will do it for increasing the standard of the company.
