Hiring Process
  • We evaluate how the demand is going, and according to that, we hire more people or stop the process. We started the company with two babysitter/maid personnel. Three people that can take on any of either job. We also start with a single plant employee in charge of taking customer orders. Finally we will have a person do keep the office cleaning.

 

  • Evaluation of every application is done. The process of choosing the right people is then done to be considered for interview. Before the interview can start, references of the person are needed from a trustworthy source, such as previous work in a company.

 

  •  The interviews are then done to each person to make sure we get the people we need for this kind of job. The person must be able to be gentle with people, since children are going to be present most likely, and parents can be difficult at times. Patience must be another virtue and hygiene as well. Applicants must have at least finished high school or equivalent.

 

  • The choosing process if then done according to how many people we need to hire at the time.

 

  • Evaluation of knowledge and skills is done.

 

  • With the results of the K&S test, we then proceed to capacitate people in any area they might not now of or might just be lacking.

 

  • Finalize recruitment.

 

Employees that work in plant, will have a stable minimum salary, with possibility of making more money in the future, according to his /her development inside the company.

 

Employees that work out in the field, will have a minimum wage pay to start with but will also be possible to increase income since they will be reattributed by commission as well.
