Our company it’s in the third quadrant, because it is a beginning company and we should do some drastic changes quickly to avoid some problems in the future. Also as a beginning and small company we should pursued first the retrenchment because we have many extensive cost by reverse declining sales and profit at this moment it is not convenient to have losses, also we have to add new services by using diversification strategies to shift resources away into different areas of our company . We also have to see what can we do if our company goes to bankruptcy we can use the liquidation strategy by selling all of the company for our tangible worth. We also can sell a part of our company by using the divestiture strategy.
