Type of strategy

 

The chosen for our business will be the backward integration, this will be because we will try to increase the control of our suppliers in that way our business will have more bargaining power in offering our product, also this would be the best strategy because of the amount of budget that the company has. Because if for example we have chosen forward integration, the company wouldn’t have the amount needed own another supplier, the same happens with horizontal integration, our business does not have the power to buy the competitors.

 

The way we will manage to succeed the backward integration will be by controlling every action that our suppliers in our business will be able to do, increasing control in the main areas we must daily information of our services and how well they are going, doing some research and feedback, also actions that happen inside the company.

 

 

Intensive strategy

 

In the intensive strategy  will be by the market penetration, this was chosen because our product already exist in the market, so what we speck is to increase the market share delivering a best product with best quality for our a consumers. We did not choose market development because our market plan is for Colombia for now and the product already exists.

The way in which we are going to achieve the market penetration will be by innovating the way the service is schedule and performed how we are going to get to our customers and how practice it will be. We have clear it already exist but the factors like, time, excellence and efficiency will help us to achieve it.

 

 We must compare us with the other company in the industry and be able to see things that we can copy and the one that we can improve, how we are going to better.

 

Diversification strategy

 

We will use the product development because we will seek an increase on sales by improving present products on the market and giving a new developed product with best prices and more benefits for our customers. We will not use for now related diversification or unrelated diversification, because our enterprise does not have a value name so it would be a very risky move.

 

The way we will achieve the product development will be getting closer to our customers and having clear what they really want, also giving some special prices. If you are a new client but someone recommend you to take pour service you will have a plus in your service and for the person who recommend you to take the service and discount on our next service. Also Coupons with exact day.

 

Defensive Strategy

 

For our defensive strategy we will use retrenchment because in this way there will be cost and assets reduction, this will generate more time for crisis survival, we didn’t chose divestiture or liquidation because our enterprise has not big assets or we cannot sale our only division.

The way we will generate the retrenchment will be having clear how we get to the customer, non having problems that must generate trouble inside the company and that could cause problems outside of it.  Having the customer happy must be fundamental for nor a crisis .
