Felipe Mantilla Perdomo

I am currently a student at the University of la Sabana, and i a currently studying Business Managment. I am currently professional in the cooking, pastry and breadery and hope to mix this knoledge to my business administration career to be able to make the company I dream of. My goals for the future are to work on my country developing a new wave of gastronomical influences for our comunity and for the international comunity as well. I also want to change the gastronomical industry we have now a days in two ways. the first one is to change the "equality" concept used in several businesess todayto the concept of equity. the second thing i want to change is the labor periods of this people since it´s a busness that can take away social lives from anyone.
